Our products are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty, which ensures that your purchase is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

We offer an on-site* guarantee while on rental or rental to own for the full rental period, which extends to two years from the time of delivery. If we need to take the unit in for repair we will leave you a loan unit, so you will never be without a chair or scooter.
For outright purchase, the Frame is two years, the Electronics and battery one year

Exclusions:

  • Any rider damage or accident.
  • Tyres, wheels, reflectors, rubber hand grips, panels or cowlings, levers or linkages.
  • Any water damage, any misuse of the product, or examples of misuse as described in the user guide.
  • No compensation for loss of use while undergoing repairs or awaiting parts.
  • The battery and electronics warranty is 12 months.

WARRANTY CLAIMS:

If you encounter any issues with your product covered by the warranty,
please follow these steps to process a warranty claim.

Contact Customer Support

Get in touch with our Customer Support team via phone or email. Our dedicated representatives will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide you with the necessary instructions

Provide Information

To process your warranty claim efficiently, we may request the following information:

  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Images or videos showcasing the problem (if applicable)

Evaluation

Once we receive the required information, we will evaluate your warranty claim.

Resolution

Once the warranty claim is approved,

You need to return the product to us or request we pick it up from your home or work a pick-up fee will apply. We will proceed with either repairing or replacing the product, based on the manufacturer’s guidelines. Please note that the resolution and time may vary depending on the specific circumstances and product or part availability. We will notify you when the product is repaired and ready for collection. If you require delivery a delivery fee will apply.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. You may return eligible items within seven days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • You first contact us to see if we can rectify the problem and obtain a return authorization (RA) We will not accept any returns without a RA.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. when received by us. Return shipping is at your risk.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect that we are unable to rectify.

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support

Reach out to our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Please provide the reason for the return.

Return Authorization

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

Package the item

Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly label the package with the RA number.

Ship or return the item to us or request we arrange a pick up (Pick up charges apply)

Ship or return the package to the designated return address provided by our Customer Support team. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining insurance for the package.

Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange at our discretion, within a reasonable time frame, as per our company policies.

Exceptions:

  • Products that are not in their original packaging and condition or have missing parts.
