*Equipment Rental Terms and Conditions**
**Definitions:**
– “Provider,” “Ezy Mobility Pty Ltd,” or “We/Us” refers to the entity offering equipment rental services.
– “Renter” or “You” pertains to the individual or entity renting the equipment.
– “Equipment” includes any rental equipment and associated accessories.
– “Short-term rentals” denote rentals lasting less than one month.
– “Long-term or Monthly rentals” signify rentals extending over one month.
**Rental Period:**
– The rental period begins when the equipment is dispatched, collected, or delivered to you, whichever comes first.
– The rental period ends upon the return of the equipment to us.
– If equipment is returned before the agreed rental period expires, the rental fee remains applicable for the entire specified period, or in the case of long-term or monthly rental, until the end of the final month or any advance payment.
– Extensions or late returns will incur additional rental charges at a rate of $28 per day.
– A fee of $75 applies for a service call where no fault is found or if you are unavailable during scheduled delivery or pickup, necessitating a second trip.
– You must notify us via email of any changes in the equipment’s location or your address.
**Responsibilities:
– Throughout the rental period, you are liable for all damages not covered by the warranty, including any damage done by a third party such as an airline, bus taxi, etc. Loss or theft obligates you to pay up to the full purchase price of the rented equipment.
– We recommend adding equipment to your home and contents insurance policy for coverage.
– Rental fees vary:
– Rentals of less than one month require full payment upon booking.
– Rentals longer than one month necessitate payment for the first month in advance, with the remaining period or subsequent months at the start of the next month.

– Rent to own- An initial payment followed by 15 monthly payments of $390.  You can cancel at any time and pay the monthly payment due for every month or portion of a month you had the equipment.  not refundable
– Long-term or monthly rentals automatically renew monthly in advance.

Payment Authorisation.  You authorise us to charge your credit card on file with all ongoing monthly or Rent-to-own rental fees, damage, equipment not returned, additional delivery or pick-up charges, and any late return or extension of the rental period.
– Failure to pay rental fees may result in immediate termination of the agreement, with the equipment to be returned promptly. You may be liable for arrears, cancellation fees, damages, the full purchase price of the equipment, and pickup or collection expenses.
– Authorization: You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for any charges or amounts due in terms of this agreement.
– Equipment remains the property of Ezy Mobility Pty at all times.
– In the event of equipment breaking down during the rental period, we will refund the days you were without the use of the equipment. our liability will be limited to the total rental you paid.
– Cancellation fees are as follows:
_ Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking fully refundable.
– Bookings cancelled more than 31 days before the delivery date incur a $150 cancellation fee.
– Bookings cancelled less than 31 days before delivery are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
– No refunds for early return.
**Equipment Care:**
– Upon delivery, inspect and test the equipment and accessories. Report defects or damages to [email protected].
–– Fees for lost items: $35 for keys, $175 for remotes, $39 for helmets, $29 for drawstring bags, and broken seats $425, for plastic front or back panels $149. Other damages are subject to quotation.
– You are responsible for maintaining the equipment in proper condition, with reasonable wear and tear accepted
